The Mysterious Black Magician

Chapter 193 - A Foreign Feeling

Cinde\'s sudden announcement put additional weight on his shoulder after Czar left a challenge against him.

Czar left the Little Garden with a heavy feeling. He opted to report it to the Lupine family leader and the elders.

She couldn\'t just have a relationship with another race.

Rea was also reprimanding Cinde for her rash actions. After all, the Canine sect was known for its strict rule.

.

They were prohibited to commit to a relationship with a different race. And Crimson was known as Encan. Although he was a human in truth, only a few knew about it. Rea was reprimanding Cinde for her good, but part of it, she disliked when Cinde announced it. She suddenly felt a foreign unpleasant feeling.

Aside from that, the whole Little Garden department was facing a big problem.

A challenge from a captain of a department would bring too much weight not only to him specifically, but for the whole department.

The battle was against each department.

Yman was in the dark about the rules regarding the academy.

"So we are in trouble, huh," said Crimson while forcing a soundless laugh.

"Don\'t worry, Mr-- ah Crimson!" Airi almost slipped her tongue, she almost called him with \'Mr\' attached in his name. For some reason, after witnessing him defeating the captain of one of the most popular departments, she had the urge to call him with the utmost respect.

But wait! She had the seniority over him at least in the department. Because she joined first and he later, so she needed to refrain from the thought of calling him with Mr.

She paused for a moment and cleared her throat.

"Uhm, I mean….. I doubt that their department leader would target us. After all, we don\'t even own a single point."

"No single point?"

Yman was wearing a blank face when he heard her. He didn\'t know what she meant by it.

"Mhm!" She nodded.

While Airi was explaining to Crimson about the academy\'s rules, Rea was still reprimanding Cinde. And Cinde was unceasingly nodding her head like a child.

Professor Ronnie on the other hand was repairing some minor damages to his beloved Little Garden headquarters.

The discussion with Crimson and Airi was far from ended. Although their mouths did not stop talking regarding the academy\'s rules, their hands did not stop working, helping the professor with the house repair and arranging all the materials.

"Did you say that each department was battling against each other to earn points?"

"Yes!"

Their topic proceeded.

"Aside from that, we can\'t buy good materials if our department doesn\'t have enough points," Airi added.

Crimson thought that this whole academy was modeled like a real-life empire.

Did the empress prepare her people for the future of the Empire?

In any case, the real issue was the challenge from that Czar. And the disaster-bringer girl was always bringing trouble to him!

Well, they are comrades now, so he might as well help her. Although he didn\'t like troubling himself from the other\'s problem, he wasn\'t unrelated to the current issue. He knew that even without Cinde saying it, that Czar guy would eventually come again to him for revenge. So what she did was doable. And he disliked that Czar guy\'s way of talking.

In any case, it looked like he joined the lowest ranking department! No, it wasn\'t even the lowest, but a rankless department.

He wanted to question his luck.

Airi also mentioned that there are currently about 5 Alchemy departments. But, only theirs are pitiable. And one of those 4 alchemy departments belonged in the top ten highest-ranking departments.

Yman could only sigh.

Now two people are issuing a challenge to him.

\'What the heck!\' The only words that escaped from his mouth. Looks like he needed to add some fire dolls.

Aside from that, he needed to learn further about this academy\' system. He then started questioning her again.

After several minutes, he finally understood that this whole campus was actually modeled from the real empire. His initial thought was right! Looks like the higher-ups or the higher council that supervising the academy was preparing their students for the empire\'s future. \'Are they preparing forna war?\' He thought.

Yman also mentioned the red tag. Or the warning for disbanding. Airi then explained to him the reason.

He had a mix of feelings after learning that the department had only a little time left before the highest council order them to disband.

"We can\'t waste our time then," he said.

Regardless, he came here to guard Rea. So he could not make a big fuss as it might reveal his real persona.

Learning how to synthesize medicine was just her secondary reason. But it was the most important thing for him -- The reason Yman was so eager to learn.

"Hah!" A heavy sigh escaped from Rea\'s mouth after she threw herself and leaned back her tired back on the soft.

She was tired of reprimanding Cinde. Although she was reprimanding her, she wasn\'t angry with her. It just, she couldn\'t understand herself. A foreign feeling was felt by her out of a sudden when she heard her.

She sent a sharp glance to him. And noticed he was busy grinding some herbs.

Looks like they resumed what they were planning to do before the people from the Mighty Solus department came.

Cinde was also there, asking some questions while making a big nod from time to time.

She sighed again.

Ella decided to go to the student council, she needed to report the incident today. They perhaps could do a little help for them. But that person was also on the bad side with Jura.

\'This Eyma easily get hated by others!\'

Aside from that, he seemed to be busy. He was supposed to be guarding her. But his focus was not on her. What a failed bodyguard. She thought.

But before her foot made a step, "Where are you going?" She heard his voice asking.

Rea glanced at him in surprise. His eyes were still fixed staring at the mortar in his hands, he was pouncing the materials repeatedly.

Rea tilted her head with a frown, wondering if she was hallucinating.
